Cabbage and speck salad

Fast and full of flavor, ideal to accompany meat and cheese dishes

 Process:

  Vegetables:
Wash the cabbage and cut it into thin slices, put it in a container with both salt and vinegar.
Let it sit for about 30 minutes.

  Seasoning:
TCut the speck into cubes and combine it with the cabbage, add the chopped anchovies, the pepper, oil and cumin.
Mix all together and serve.
