Bruschetta with brie, speck and pears
A tasty snack for surprising menus

Seasoning:
Peel the pears and cut them into thin slices.
Cut the brie into small cubes and prepare the slices of speck on a plate.
Bread:
Heat the slices of bread on a non-stick grill.
Leave them to brown for a few minutes on each side.
Finishing touch:
Arrange the slices on a serving dish, unfold the speck slices, add the brie and finally the pears.
