Carne Salada with tomatoes and celery
A quick and tempting dish, ideal for appetizers and aperitifs
Process:
Vegetables:
Wash both tomatoes and celery.
Meanwhile, drain the salad from the conservation liquid and flavor it with the mustard.
Transfer the mixture to a plate.
Carne Salada:
Cut the Carne Salada into thin slices and arrange them on the top of the salad.
At this point, cut the celery into julienne strips and the tomatoes into cubes.
Finishing touch:
Season it with oil, pepper and salt and put the vegetables over the meat.
Complete the dish by decorating with the toasted pine nuts and serve immediately.
