Pasta with Carne Salada ragout
A first course with a rustic and simple flavor
Process:
Ragout:
Cut the Carne Salada into small pieces in order to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the meat.
Sear everything in a non-stick pan.
Add 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 4/5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Finishing touch:
Cook the pasta al dente in lots of salted water and pour it in the pan containing the sauce.
Once it is blended, serve immediately on a serving dish.
