Trentino’s Carne Salada with beans

A dish full of taste, ideal for winter menus

 Process:

  beans:
Cut the onion and brown it in the oil, add the beans (that have been soaking since the night before), the sage and rosemary.
Cover all with warm water and season with salt and pepper.
Cook slowly.

  Carne salada:
Sear the slices of Carne Saladaon a hot plate. Drizzle with oil and serve accompanied by beans.
